Kyla was very responsive and let me know if she was there or anything was happening with the house! I loved the bed, it was super comfortable! Plenty of amenities! We had a wonderful stay at this lovely B&B in Cascade. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the attention to detail really showed. It felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We LOVED our stay here! The house was easy to find and had everything we needed. The location was perfect because we were close to so much to do, but it was still peaceful and quiet when we wanted to unwind. Absolutely loved our Airbnb. It was so unique and the view we had of the mountains was breathtaking. The pictures don’t do the justice. Kyla was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Next time we are in Colorado I would definitely stay here again!

Happy to Stay Here Positive: This home was welcoming, comfortable and clean. It's location was close to Hwy. 24 making it easy to get around. The views were beautiful and the rooms were large. Communicating with the owner was easy and responses were quick. Negative: Our only drawback was that there was not a washer or dryer on the premises.

It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The house was very very cute. Decorations were great! Kyla and the manager were both quick to send a new cleaner to tidy up some things that were missed by cleaning company. Cleaning company said it was a new person who had cleaned it and the apologized. Someone arrived within an hour.

This is the second propertywehave stayed at hosted by Kyla Rae and once again, thank you it was everything we could ask for! My husband loves Colorado and wanted to hike Pikes Peak for his birthday. And he did it! We drove here from Iowa and were able to have such a relaxing vacatiion. Our favorites: the hot tub, the collection of books to read, the yoga mat and meditation cushion, the artwork, the views! I didn't want to go home!

This place was nothing short of amazing! Close to lots of cool places to visit. Short drive to the pikes peak highway, cog railway, manitou springs, the incline. Just a few miles up the road are some amazing hiking trails. The place is extremely well decorated. Very comfortable, huge bed. Amazing views! The hot tub is a nice touch for a relaxing night after all the walking/hiking.

It was a great place to stay and get away. So many hiking trails nearby and Colorado Springs is easily accessible!

Kyla’s place is uniquely decorated, with extra comforts like toiletries, food items, books, and records. It has a pretty Mountain View and is close to towns and activities but also in a quiet area. Be aware that the downstairs is available to other guests with a separate entrance. We sometimes heard them but it wasn’t disturbing. The hot tub was extra foamy when we used the jets. Kyla came to check on it within 15-30 minutes of my message and followed up the next day too. She is very responsive and accommodating.

This beautiful home was the PERFECT place to enjoy a snowy weekend in Colorado. The breathtaking views made it hard to leave the windows and patio. The home itself was cozy, clean, and had everything you need. Kyla was also very friendly and responded quickly. Every moment here was peaceful and memorable, and we would absolutely love to come back!

I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful our stay was. Kyla was so responsive and was so helpful when my boyfriend got sick from our flight in and was able to let us check-in early. The home is absolutely gorgeous and the decor makes it so unique. The views from the hot tub are unmatched and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. While there is a separate Airbnb in the lower part of the house, we had no issues and still felt like we had a private space. Can’t recommend enough!!

The place was beautiful, clean, and felt safe, with unique decor and stunning views. It was spacious for the price and had TVs with streaming services, which was a nice touch. However, our stay was less relaxing than we’d hoped. There was loud, unannounced construction happening in the unit below, including work right outside near the hot tub, which made us uncomfortable using the space. We weren’t notified until checkout, and the first night we were unsure if it was a party or just other guests. The heater also made loud banging noises during the night, waking us up multiple times. On top of that, the grill was advertised but had no propane, so we couldn’t use it. Overall, while the home itself was lovely and had a lot of potential, we wish communication had been better and the space more peaceful, especially for a romantic getaway.

This was our first experience with AirBNB and we have nothing but nice things to say and great memories! The host's home was even better than described, including the amazing views and feeling of tranquility and peace that we immediately felt upon walking in. This was our first time without kids in a long time and I couldn't imagine spending our time alone in a better place. We were able to relax, fix nice meals for ourselves and get plenty of healing rest. This property is well worth the price and the drive. It's close enough to Manitou Springs and Woodland Park for any needed amenities but far enough away to feel lost in nature. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, we will definitely be back! My Hubby and I came to Colorado for our anniversary! I don't think I could have picked a better location to stay. It was just what we wanted. We sat in the hot tub while it snowed! Coming from Texas it's something I've never done! The house was super cute, lots of windows and views! The host does a great job making sure you have everything you need while you stay! I would definitely book again.

Beautiful home, nestled in lovely mountains. Has everything you could need (kitchen items, spices, bathroom items, etc). Very private/out in the mountains, but close driving to Manitou and Colorado Springs. FYI if you’re sensitive to noise, there did seem to be a lot of sounds from the home especially as we slept. It’s also very easy to hear the guests in the bottom part of the house. Not a big deal, just FYI if you’re a sensitive sleeper.

Amazing views just as described. Cozy, and very Peaceful. Hot rub was great to enjoy after a busy day. Kyla was always helpful. Nothing but good things to say about this listing. The area around is great for hiking. I recommend Pikes Peak the views at 14k cannot be beat.

This property was beautiful! Truly magnificent views and beautiful scenery. Bathrooms were clean, kitchen clean with rules attached, bedroom spacious.

Great place to stay! The view is amazing and hot tub was a nice perk! The decor is great. The furnishings were very comfortable and location was secluded enough without being too far from dining. The internet wasn’t working at first and she got right on it and had it fixed for us the next morning. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Kyla's place was great! It was better than described online and exceeded expectations. Great location, however, if you are going during the winter months make sure to have 4-wheel drive to get up some of the steep roads that can get icy. It was an amazing space for my wife and I to spend our honeymoon. We are so appreciative to have stayed a few nights in this space and are certain we will stay again some time in the future. Kyla Rae gave exact instructions and the rental exceeded our expectations and the views are perfect! We felt so at home. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The rental is located in a private place but the drive to town or down the mountain is quick! Checking out was simple. We hope to be back for another visit sooner rather than later! We have fallen in love with Colorado and this rental met all of our needs!

We had such a lovely week at this home! We had everything we needed and it was so comfortable - we were right at home! The location is perfect- close enough to get to things within 15-30 mins, but far enough away that we got a gorgeous mountain view and saw mule deer from the back deck more than once. The hot tub was amazing! We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book it again next time we come to town.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location - it can't be beat. The home is clean and functional, and the hot tub with a view is incredible. Everything is as-expected except for a few things I feel its important to note: - Most windows and the bedroom don't lock. This was very uncomfortable to us. - It is fairly hidden in the listing that this house is split into two rentals, top floor and bottom floor. This listing is the top floor. We did notice this fact before arriving but after booking. Not a dealbreaker as we had a great time, but the floors are thin and as the guest book details, having a noisy downstairs guest would make this a miserable experience. - Kyla isn't very responsive. I didn't message more than just a heads up on my check-in and check-out, but the slow responses made me question how quickly an urgent need would have been helped. Overall this really was the best vacation I've ever taken. Just want to add transparency to this listing.

The pictures do not do the view justice, they are stunning every direction you look. It feels surreal just going to get groceries, if you research the word relaxing I’m convinced that a picture of the hot tub and the view would be directly linked, combine that with the convenience and charm of manitou springs and you’ve got an amazing stay that is sure to foster good times and amazing memories, thanks for the awesome honeymoon Kyla :)

We loved this immaculate, artsy and unique home! The layout is roomy and tastefully furnished and the beautiful artwork adds so much to the ambience and character of the house. Kyla has thought of everything to make your stay easy(labels on all kitchen drawers, light switches,etc)enjoyable( hot tub on deck with beautiful view!), comfy bed! She is a very proactive owner… responding immediately to my questions and going the “extra mile” to help us enjoy our stay… recommending restaurants, offering to mail medicine I forgot, etc. We highly recommend this Airbnb! 10/10!! *Make sure to check in during daylight. Views and location were great!

Delightful home with wonderful views. Had a great time. The listing does mention there's another unit downstairs, it wasn't a surprise, but the noise did carry upstairs. Wasn't an issue -ear plugs ftw- but is something to take into account. Would absolutely stay again if ever back in the area.

The home looked just like the pictures, the view was beautiful. However it was a tad misleading. There are stairs in the kitchen that were not accesible to us becasue there was another unit there I wasn't expecting to be in a duplex type of house. Our space was private but I wasn't expecting to be so close to others. You could hear full conversations of the people below including crying screaming kids. It wasn't through the night or anything of that matter but it's something to note. The unit I rented stated it was for couples only (due to the decor) so I was surprised to hear children at all. Kyla was very responsive with any and all questions. we had trouble with wifi but she was able to resolve it within a few hours. the area is very beautiful and would recommend.

Staying at Kyla's place was such a treat! This home was another stop on a much longer road trip, so it was very helpful that we were able to check in an hour early. The house, including kitchen and bath, were all stocked with many amenities (although, I did find myself needing an iron and ironing board) and was very cozy. Between Woodland Park and Colorado Springs, there is so much to do and see in the area. We would happily stay at Kyla's again, for a chance to explore more.

So just as described: beautiful views, very large windows with great morning light! We spent much of our time on the deck or in the nice hot tub. Comfortable king size bed. And the kitchen has many amenities. We also enjoyed watching TV in the living room on the comfortable love sofa. The very best thing is the location. Short drive to Manitou Springs and great hiking at Red Canyon Park.

The one thing I feel is worth noting as having been a bit of a surprise is the fact that this is an upstairs unit connected to the downstairs unit via the *inside* of the building. On the listing it is described as "two properties on my land, however no shared spaces". While it is true that there are technically no shared spaces, I do not feel that the description is fully upfront regarding just how connected the two listings are. It was a little uncomfortable to walk inside and see that we could just walk down the stairs and knock on the other unit's door from the inside. It's not the biggest issue in the world, I just would have preferred to have that information before booking rather than after. Overall though, my husband and I had a lovely stay in Kyla's place. It was cozy, the art was eclectic and fun, and the jacuzzi and views were wonderful! The bluetooth speaker lightbulbs in the bedroom and bathroom were an extra fun feature, too! We enjoyed our time there.

We felt misled by the description. It says there are two properties on the land with no shared space. We feel it should have said you get upstairs and other property is downstairs, with just a thin door/wall separating the two. We could literally hear every word the group downstairs were saying, and I'm sure they could hear us, if we hadn't whispered the whole time. The yard wasn't the nicest, long grass, with the lawnmower just left out in the yard. The house was clean and well stocked, bed was very comfortable, but I believe it had been smoked in for a very long time, as it had a stale smoke smell. Not recently smoked in, but definitely in the past. I know that's hard to get rid of.

We had an exceptional stay! The home is beautiful with unique art, a large, well equipped kitchen, and an even larger living room with a modern TV. The hot tub was by far our favorite amenity. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day and enjoying the view of the mountains. Even better than the place itself, the location is 15 minutes away from all the major attractions and a 2 minute drive to the Pike’s Peak highway. Kyla was responsive to our questions and an excellent host. We can’t wait to return!

We entered and were overwhelmed with chemical/cleaning smell. It is old, drabby, & needs updated. It wasn’t comfortable or welcoming as it felt very used and rundown. Neither me nor my husband were comfortable there, so we never stayed, not a single night that we paid for ($700 total). The hot tub had brown bubbles and heavily saturated with chlorine or some unidentifiable chemical. We also never used the hot tub due to the aforementioned. We were there about 15 minutes. Disappointed, we rented a clean, updated hotel with nice amenities instead. However, Kyla was very kind and a great host. She contacted the “cleaning person” who assured her that the place was clean and “fresh.”-It was masking; the cabinets were visibly worn and the entire place was run down and drabby. It was full of religious, new age decorations that were not welcoming, but a turn off. The location was nice with good views.

Beautiful location! Has all the amenities you need, big windows are perfect for stargazing or watching the sunrise, and is near lots of things to do while still feeling secluded.

We had a wonderful time. We were looking for a place to unplug for our wedding anniversary and this fit the bill. It was so quiet and so nice to wake up to the mountains. There was an extensive book collection: you don’t need to bring your own. Being able to sit in the hot tub with the view of the mountains was amazing. We cooked a few meals. There is a really good spice collection too. We were able to go into Manitou Springs for restaurants and to explore a historical town. It’s not too far from Colorado Springs too if you’re looking to explore a bigger town.

Great stay this is probably one of the best trips I’ve took so far not only that the neighborhood is quite friendly other than I might return back in the summer

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for our 4 year anniversary. We wanted something that wasn’t right in town, something more peaceful and private, this was perfect! We felt right at home, it’s honestly bigger than I was imagining which was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away and disconnect for a little!

Kyla's place is such a perfect slice of heaven. We went with the intention of unplugging and relaxing and it's just such a picturesque, cozy, GORGEOUS home for doing exactly that. She's got a fantastic kitchen for hanging out and cooking all the comfort meals we planned, we used the lovely hot tub to relax and watch the snow fall at least twice a day, we snuggled up on the couch with her super fuzzy blankie to read and watch TV, the dining table in front of the big picture window was perfect for enjoying our meals and playing games, and her bed is massive and so comfy, ideal for all the hours of sleep we needed to catch up on. I'll be keeping her home in my favorites list for sure ❤️

There is so much to do in the area, we couldn’t have picked a better place. The hot tub was very relaxing, the sights were out of this world! There are people below and you are able to hear them. You cannot use the fire place, just as a heads up. We loved our stay!

We had a great getaway at this airbnb, it was spacious and nice. The only thing we felt should be mentioned is that there is a top and bottom floor that are separated and rented separately. It still felt relatively private but something to know. This was a great start overall.

We just spent the best Christmas ever Kyla’s house is full of art and items from her travels. I found myself just walking around, looking at all of her lovely things. The house itself is so comfortable! Big beautiful kitchen to cook in. Comfortable furniture and views views views! we would love to stay again in the summer!

Really enjoyed our stay, it was a great place to relax and unwind. We stayed during the full moon and were able to use the telescope to see it better which was really neat. Kyla’s place was warm and inviting, definitely recommend.

I loved my stay at this property! Super cute mid-mod. Many comfortable areas to sit and enjoy. Thoughtful personal decor throughout is very welcoming and will catch your eye constantly. The private hot tub on secluded upper deck is fabulous and the morning sun and views made starting the day very pleasant. Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful and peaceful place to stay when visiting Garden of the goods. Great proximity. Love the neighborhood and the house layout is perfect and well decorated with all amenities, very comfortable mattress, pillows and blankets. Will be coming back in the near future for sure

My partner and I have been to Colorado 3 times and this was by far our favorite place we've stayed so far! The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, even the unexpected stuff. We did a ton of exploring and activity during our 4 night stay and having a clean and comfortable place to come back to every night helped us sleep like a dream and get enough rest for our next day of adventures. So glad we decided to stay!

Kyla's home is beautiful, and in a stunning location! We couldn't get enough of looking out of the windows at our surroundings. The hot tub was excellent. The home is clean and has all the amenities you might need. The bed is REALLY comfy. You can really tell that Kyla has a great eye for beauty, with the location and design of her home, the art inside the home, and the landscaping of the back yard. Thank you for opening your home to us Kyla, it was so restful and we left feeling like our batteries were recharged! Would love to have the privilege of staying again!

This is a very private and beautiful location. I am so incredibly happy i chose to stay here. Kyla was a great host and was very responsive to any questions I had. The house was equipped with all of the needed amenities plus some (hottub). As soon as i parked i felt like i was in my own private mountain villa, As soon as you walk in the front gate leading to the front yard i knew this was going to be a great stay. They yard was well kept and gorgeous. Walking inside is a spacious an beautiful home with a great view. All rooms were clean, the house smelled great and was super quiet. The best part of my stay was looking at the stars at night from the hot tub that was located on the deck, it was the most peaceful and relaxed i have felt in a very long time. Thank you kyla from a great location, and the stay in such a beautiful area. Well done, we will be back.
